Top Running Crane Systems is compared to under running crane system, mainly include double girder crane system, single girder crane system (or single fixed rail), electric hoist, crossing the rail device, and electrical equipment five major components, each component described as below: Double girder top running crane is composed of two single girder cranes, which are connected by connecting rods, each single girder crane composed of the main beam, fixed cross beam, moving cross beam and walkway. Main girder welded by structural steel, cross beam and wheel set using the connecting rod for connection.
Single girder top running crane (or single fixed rail) is monorail suspension overhead crane with movable crane mechanism (or use of single fixed beam track for hoist running).
