YuGong Crane Production Capacity

Crane manufacturers YuGong Crane has a strong R&D team and production team. We have more than 400 personnel in our research and design team, which is the largest R&D design team in the general use crane industry. Crane manufacturer YGCRANE has more than 3000 employees currently and covers an area of 3.42 million square meters.
In crane structural parts manufacturing, our annual processing capacity is 50,000 tons or more. We have uncoiling, leveling, shearing, shot blasting, painting, and drying capacity in a whole pre-treatment production line, 9 sets of CNC flame cutting machines, and other large cutting equipment from Germany. Has the world’s largest crane industry production workshop (60000 square meters).With all kinds of welding, cutting, and processing equipment, there are more than 1,700 sets, which provides a strong guarantee for the company’s strong manufacturing capabilities of structural components.
In mechanical processing, there are dozens of all kinds of small, medium, and heavy (NC) ordinary vertical and horizontal lathes, including double-column vertical lathes, heavy-duty horizontal lathes, span import heavy-duty CNC boring and milling, digital planer-sided milling and boring machines, horizontal force lift milling machines, and others. We also have a CNC machining center for processing various shaped pieces, tooling and homemade molds, drilling and milling equipment for processing wheel angle boxes, 1250T, 200T, and 100T press machines, all kinds of milling, grinding, and drilling processing equipment, etc.
In thermal processing, we have a 180KW/90KW high-temperature desktop resistance furnace, a 75KW/5KW pit-type tempering resistance furnace, dedicated IF CNC quenching machines, a CNC universal hardening machine, vacuum tube-type high-frequency induction heating, and other kinds of heat treatment equipment in order to provide a reliable guarantee for improving the parts mechanical performance and metal scrap performance.
YuGong Crane, a trusted manufacturer of industrial lifting equipment, is equipped with advanced tooling systems capable of processing cranes of various tonnages. Our extensive manufacturing capacity enables the complete processing of crane trolley frames and bridge frames, ensuring top-notch precision and durability. YGCRANE technical inspection and testing center

The YGCRANE technical inspection and testing center, established in August 2007, covers an area of more than 1000㎡. In July 2007, we were formally recognized through the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. Inspection report within the scope of approval issued by our test center, which is not only available in China but also in more than 90 countries around the world, to achieve mutual recognition. In March 2009, we were appointed as the regular testing agency by the Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. This not only improved our product quality control and testing level but also strengthened our competitiveness in international trade. At the same time, authorized by the Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, we have rights to test exported cranes and their parts from other manufacturers and trading companies. There are seven testing rooms in the center, named the physical testing room, metallographic analysis room, nondestructive testing room, measuring room, chemical testing room, crane testing room, and electrical laboratory.
