Casting Overhead Crane

The casting bridge crane is the main equipment in the steel making and continuous casting process. It is mainly used for the converter to feed the molten iron into the converter; Lift the molten steel ladle to the refining furnace on the refining bay or lift the molten steel to the continuous casting ladle turret on the molten steel receiving bay.

Main features: high safety, high working level (A7~A8), severe working environment (high temperature, dusty).

From the overall structure, casting cranes can be divided into five categories: four-beam and four-track double trolley type, four-beam and six-track double trolley type, double-beam and double-track single trolley type, double-beam four-track double trolley type, and double-beam and double-track combined trolley. Capacity under 75ton, we called it QDY metallurgy overhead crane, for capacity above 75ton, we called it YZ metallurgy overhead crane.

Our casting crane has the feature of novel structure, safety and reliability, economy and durability, simple maintenance. And we can also provide the following options:

QZ Grab Overhead Crane

Grab crane is suitable for metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, coal and other industries. It is engaged in the loading and unloading of ore, slag, coke, coal, sand and other bulk materials in the workshop, warehouse or open air. In Our Overhead Bridge Crane Factory, we can provide you with two types of grab cranes, one is the General QZ grab overhead crane, the other is the garbage grab overhead crane. For client facility, the crane manufacturer can provide you the single girder grab crane, the double girder grab bridge crane, all the customized grab bucket crane for your warehouse application.

Product features:

  • This crane is heavy duty, its working duty is A6.
  • The entrance way to enter the driver’s cab is divided into: end entry, side entry, and top entry.
  • Crane rated lifting capacity includes the grab weight.
  • Grab’s open direction is divided into parallel and vertical with main beam.
  • Grab can be double or four wire rope, mechanical or electric hydraulic type according to different work duty and materials.
  • The grab is only suitable for bulk materials in the state of natural accumulation. When grabbing underwater materials or special materials, it must be specially mentioned when ordering.

QD Double Girder Overhead Crane

QD model double girder overhead crane is a heavy-duty workhorse designed for generalized material handling across the steel production lifecycle. QCL Electromagnetic Hanging Beam Overhead Crane

The electromagnetic hanging beam overhead crane is equipped with a detachable electromagnet, which is especially suitable for transporting ferrous metal products and materials with magnetic permeability, such as steel ingots, shape steel, and pig iron blocks. Mainly used in steel mill rolling line, finished product warehouse, shipyard steel stock yard, blanking workshop, etc. The lifting weight of this crane includes the electromagnet self-weight.

LDY Casting Overhead Crane

LDY model foundry overhead crane is composed with Girder frame, Crane travel device, and the trolley with lifting and moving device. There are rail for the hoist trolley move on the main girder. The heat insulation device is equipped under electric hoist. The main girder joint with the two side end carriage which with the joint point in the middle.

LDY Single girder overhead crane is designed to lifting hot small ladle in steel mill/ metallurgy industry. The working ambient temperature could be up to 60 degree.

The crane material will be high temperature resistance. And electrical parts will be equipped with cooler fan. Motors are with H class, cooler and insulation for cabin control.

QC Electromagnetic Overhead Crane

The crane has a detachable electric disk, which is especially suitable for metallurgical factories to load and unload or transport ferrous metal products and materials with magnetic permeability such as steel ingots, section steel, pig iron blocks, scrap iron, and scrap steel in fixed bays indoors or in the open air. It is also commonly used in machinery factories and warehouses to carry materials such as steel, iron blocks, scrap iron, scrap steel, iron filings and so on.

Main structure: This equipment is mainly composed of bridge frame, crane traveling, trolley, electric disk, cabin room, and electrical equipment.

The crane adopts the structure type of double girder, double track and single lifting trolley.

The electromagnet is suspended under the hook, and the power is supplied by the cable reel on the trolley frame to control the magnetism of the electromagnet and obtain the adsorption capacity to lift the heavy objects.

LDA Single Girder Overhead Crane

LDA Single Girder Overhead Crane is widely used in plant, warehouses, material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive or corrosives environment. Single girder overhead crane is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole, used together with CD, MD model electric hoist as a complete set. In the metallurgy workshop, it is mainly for maintenance purpose.

BZD Floor Mounted Jib Crane

BZD type floor mounted jib crane is a kind of crane used together with wire rope electric hoist or electric chain hoist. The crane consists of a column, slewing arm, slewing drive device and electric hoist. The bottom the column is fixed on the concrete foundation by anchor bolts. The cycloidal pinwheel reduction device drives the cantilever to rotate, and the electric hoist runs left and right on the cantilever I-beam in a straight line, and lifts heavy objects.

Jib crane is a new generation of light hoisting equipment made to adapt to modern production. It is especially suitable for short-distance, frequent use and intensive hoisting operation.
