Casting Overhead Crane

The casting bridge crane is the main equipment in the steel making and continuous casting process. It is mainly used for the converter to feed the molten iron into the converter; Lift the molten steel ladle to the refining furnace on the refining bay or lift the molten steel to the continuous casting ladle turret on the molten steel receiving bay.

Main features: high safety, high working level (A7~A8), severe working environment (high temperature, dusty).

From the overall structure, casting cranes can be divided into five categories: four-beam and four-track double trolley type, four-beam and six-track double trolley type, double-beam and double-track single trolley type, double-beam four-track double trolley type, and double-beam and double-track combined trolley. Capacity under 75ton, we called it QDY metallurgy overhead crane, for capacity above 75ton, we called it YZ metallurgy overhead crane.

Our casting crane has the feature of novel structure, safety and reliability, economy and durability, simple maintenance. And we can also provide the following options:

QD Double Girder Overhead Crane

QD model double-girder bridge crane is mainly composed of bridge frame, crane traveling mechanism, trolley and electrical equipment. It is suitable for transfer, assembly, maintenance and loading and unloading of machining workshop, auxiliary workshop of metallurgical plant, warehouse, stockyard, power station, etc. operations; also suitable for production workshops in the textile industry, chemical and food industries.

Its working level can be divided into light, medium and heavy according to the use frequency. The working environment temperature is -25°C-40°C, and it is forbidden to use it in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive media.

HD Single Girder Overhead Crane

HD European style single girder bridge crane is a developed by our company with the current world advanced level. The product has advanced technology and is designed in accordance with international standards: DIN (Germany), FEM (Europe), ISO (International). It has the advantages of strong rigidity, light weight and outstanding structural design, which can effectively save plant space and investment costs.

This product is used together with ND type wire rope electric hoist, with a rated lifting capacity of 3.2t~16t, and is widely used in workshops in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, petroleum, petrochemical, port, railway, civil aviation, electric power, food, papermaking, building materials, electronics and other industries , warehouse and other material handling occasions. It is especially suitable for material handling, precision assembly of large parts and other occasions that require precise positioning, and the working environment temperature is -25-40 ℃.
